Q: Do you offer discounts or wholesale pricing?

A: We do offer a discount ordering portal for commercial and college bookstores who would like to purchase our titles! To access these special prices, a representative from the store should request a wholesaler account at this website. Enter the required information. If approved, you'll see the bookstore discount automatically applied to any items in your cart.

All RID Individual and Organizational Members receive a discount code they can enter that grants a 25% discount off all of our titles. These codes change periodically and are sent directly to members as a benefit of their RID membership.

We no longer offer quantity discounts, but orders for individuals that are over $75 qualify for free shipping! Free shipping is not available for wholesale/bookstore orders above $500.

 

Q: How can I check my order's shipping status?

A: When you place your order, you should receive an email containing tracking information from our fulfillment partner. Please allow up to 5 business days to ship. Reach out to us at  ridmarketplace@ironmarkusa.com or call us at (443) 308-8738 if you have not received a shipping confirmation email within that time period.

 

Q: Do you accept order returns? What about if I've received a damaged order?

A: RID will accept returns for orders that are the result of shipping error or damage during transit.

Due to changes in how we operate our bookstore’s fulfillment, RID can no longer accept OVERSTOCK returns from bookstores. 

Damaged or shipped product errors must be reported within thirty (30) business days from the order date to qualify for refund or exchange.

Q: What shipping methods do you use? How much is shipping?

A: We ship anywhere USPS or FedEx delivers at this time, including internationally. DOMESTIC (US) shipping rates are calculated for individuals as follows (NOTE: Free shipping does not apply to wholesale account orders above $500).

 

Q: Are your books currently available as e-books?

A: We are working on this and e-books will be available for purchase soon! Please check back!

 

Q: I’m a course instructor. How do I request a desk copy?

Q: Do you offer accessible formats?

A: If you provide Disability Services for a post-secondary educational institution in the U.S. or Canada and need to obtain material for a student with a documented print disability, please place your request on the AccessText Network. If you are not yet a member of AccessText, please sign up for a free membership at www.accesstext.org. Questions about AccessText can be sent to membership@accesstext.org.
